1. What is happening to Tilos?
Starting 1 March 2026, Trimble will be moving Tilos into its End of Maintenance phase. This means Tilos 11.1 MR4 is the final update that will be released.
2. What does “End of Maintenance” actually mean?
Once Tilos enters End of Maintenance, Trimble will no longer provide:

4. Can we continue to purchase or renew Tilos licences?
Yes.
You may still submit sales orders to Trimble (or your licence provider) for:
- New customer licences
- Renewals
- Additional licences for existing customers
However, it is important to understand that although Tilos remains available for purchase, the software itself is no longer being maintained or updated beyond 11.1 MR4.

5. Will pricing change?
No changes to standard pricing have been announced at this time.
6. Will sales and technical support continue?
Yes.
Please contact your licence provider who will liaise with Trimble. Trimble will continue to provide both sales and technical support for Tilos customers during this period. While no product updates will be released, general support remains available.
7. Why is Trimble ending maintenance for Tilos?
Software products naturally evolve, and lifecycle transitions happen when technology shifts, customer needs change, or future‑ready platforms become available. With Tilos reaching a mature stage in its lifecycle, Trimble is redirecting focus toward modern solutions that can support new capabilities and improvements.
8. Is there a recommended alternative to Tilos?
