This article explains how you can subscribe to system status updates for Jobpac Connect in Australia and New Zealand, and what to expect from these notifications.
How to Subscribe
You can subscribe to Jobpac Connect system status updates via the Trimble-managed status page:

When subscribing, make sure you select the following options:
- Region: Aus/NZ
- Products: Jobpac Connect
This ensures you only receive notifications relevant to Jobpac Connect in Australia and New Zealand.
What These Notifications Cover
Jobpac Connect system availability, maintenance notifications, and outage updates are managed directly by Trimble.
By subscribing to the Trimble System Status page, you can receive alerts about:
- Planned maintenance activities
- Service disruptions
- System incidents that may affect access to Jobpac Connect
In the event of an unexpected outage, Trimble will publish updates on the progress of the resolution. These updates include information about the current status of the issue and when services are expected to be restored.
Note: Status page updates are managed by Trimble. Not all issues will result in a status notification, particularly where the impact is limited or the issue is resolved quickly.
