Jobpac Connect Version 2025.3.0

BuildingPoint & Trimble are excited to announce the third major release of Jobpac Connect for 2025. 

This update includes scheduled downtime, new mobile features, authentication enhancements, and early access to AI-powered tools.

📅 Scheduled Deployment & Downtime

The Jobpac Connect 2025.3.0 Major Release will be deployed on Saturday, 15 November. 

A scheduled maintenance window will begin at 6:00 p.m. AEDT, lasting approximately 6 hours. During this time, Jobpac will be unavailable.

🚀 What’s New in This Release

Crew Time Entry for Mobile

This release continues Trimble's focus on mobile-first workflows with the launch of Crew Time Entry. This new feature allows teams to manage labour tracking directly from the field, streamlining operations and improving data accuracy.

Coming Soon: Mobile Approvals

The Mobile team is already working on the next enhancement Mobile Approvals which will bring full access to Jobpac Advanced Approvals on mobile devices.

Advanced Approvals – Invoice Detail Level

For those managing complex approval workflows, this release introduces Invoice Approvals at Detail Level, offering greater control and flexibility in processing pipelines.

🔐 Trimble ID (TID) Rollout

Trimble ID (TID), the next-generation single sign-on (SSO) authentication, is now available for Jobpac and other Trimble solutions. TID improves login stability and performance and aligns with Trimble’s Connected Construction Technology strategy.

• 30% of customers will transition to TID by end of November.
• A December blackout period will be observed to ensure stability.
• The remaining rollout will resume in early 2026.

Customers will receive TID activation notifications five weeks in advance, along with comprehensive transition resources including:

• Documentation
• FAQs
• Instructional videos

🤖 Introducing Trimble Assistant (Beta)

All users will gain access to the new AI-powered Trimble Assistant in Beta mode with this release. This feature is designed to help users navigate Jobpac more efficiently and get answers faster.
