As we move into the second half of 2026, this release focuses on compliance readiness and operational efficiency. Updates in this release support new ATO requirements and refine everyday accounts payable and subcontract workflows.
📅 Scheduled Deployment and Downtime
Deployment of Jobpac Connect 2026.2.0 will take place during the following maintenance window:

During this time, Jobpac will be unavailable. Please ensure any critical processing is completed before the maintenance window begins.
🚀 What’s New in This Release
This release includes legislative updates, workflow improvements, and enhancements driven directly by customer feedback.
Payday Super ATO STP Qualifying Earnings
Essential legislative updates have been implemented to meet the Payday Super STP Qualifying Earnings requirements. These changes are available ahead of the 1 July 2026 deadline to ensure your payroll remains fully compliant.
Accounts Payable and Workflow Enhancements
Payment Selections and Invoice Approvals have been enhanced to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and accuracy of your accounts payable processes.
Customer‑Driven Enhancements
Customer feedback continues to shape Jobpac. Approximately one‑third of the enhancements in this release were delivered directly from submissions made through the Suggestion Box.
Subcontract Retention Improvements
A new Retention Comments feature has been introduced to improve visibility and provide greater clarity when managing subcontract retentions.

Action Required: SSID Registration
To ensure a smooth transition into FY27, all customers must register their SSID with the ATO before submitting their first STP in the new financial year.
An EDM with instructions has recently been sent to all customers. Additional in‑product messaging will be provided shortly.
PTRS and PTA Progress
PTRS enhancements relating to consolidation and RCTI dates are currently in QA. Final PTA enhancements required for QBCC certification are also nearing completion.
Phased Release Technology
Testing has commenced on a new deployment model that will allow you to choose between Phase 1 or Phase 2 of a release rollout. This will also support customers who maintain a dedicated testing environment.
Trimble ID Rollout – 90% Complete
Over 90% of customers have now transitioned to Trimble ID, providing a single, secure identity across all Trimble software solutions.
