Jobpac Assistant is an AI-powered tool designed to help you quickly find answers to Jobpac questions using official documentation and release notes.

What can Jobpac Assistant do?

It can provide step-by-step instructions and answer general questions about Jobpac.


What can’t it do?

Jobpac Assistant cannot perform tasks within Jobpac or access your company’s internal processes.

  • It may occasionally make mistakes.
  • It doesn’t know your internal workflows.
  • Best used for general Jobpac guidance only.

What if the response is wrong?

If something doesn’t look right, click Rate Response and add a quick comment. Your feedback helps us improve accuracy and make the tool better for everyone.


About the Chatbot

Jobpac Assistant is currently in Beta, which means:

  • We’re actively improving accuracy and expanding its knowledge base.
  • We’re seeking real-world user feedback.
  • It won’t provide answers specific to your company processes yet.

1. What is the Jobpac Chatbot?

The chatbot is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users quickly find answers to common Jobpac questions without searching through manuals or waiting for support responses.


2. Is the chatbot always on? Can it be turned off?

The chatbot is enabled by default within Jobpac. At this stage, it cannot be turned off per customer instance, as it is part of the upcoming release.
However, you can choose not to use it traditional support channels remain available.


3. Why is it marked as “Beta”?

The chatbot is currently in Beta because we are actively improving its accuracy, expanding its knowledge base, and seeking real-world user feedback.
This means:

  • It may not always provide answers specific to your internal processes.
  • We recommend using it for general Jobpac guidance only.

4. What if the chatbot gives incorrect information?

If you notice inaccurate or confusing responses:

  • Click on the Rate Responses feature in the chatbot and add a quick comment to explain your rating.
    Feedback helps us improve the tool for all customers.

5. Can we restrict access for our users?

Currently, there is no option to disable the chatbot within Jobpac. If this becomes a common request, we will review it for future releases.


6. Does the chatbot use customer data?

No. The chatbot does not access your company’s private data or projects. It only uses Jobpac product documentation and help content.


7. Is the chatbot secure?

Yes. The chatbot runs within Jobpac’s secure environment and does not share data externally.


8. Will the chatbot learn from our questions?

Yes, but only in an anonymized way. Feedback and usage patterns help us improve responses over time.

  • Hi team , I would like to give access to one of our project team jobpac user. currently he cant lock his job. can you please advise how to give him access ?.  I am admin user and can give access to everyone.
