Registering for ProjectSight Support Portal access

If you need help with ProjectSight, creating a support account is the first step. Your account allows you to log support cases and track updates

Step 1: Fill in the Support Access Request Form

Before you can submit a support ticket via our Help Center, please email simona_riftin@buildingpoint.com.au and cc kyle_schneider@buildingpoint.com.au requesting access. 

What Happens Next?

The team will receive the request and add you into the support portal.

You will receive an automated email from BuildingPoint with the next steps

 

Step 2: Create Your Password

Once your support access request has been successfully granted, you’ll receive an email with a link to create your password.

Please follow the instructions in the email to set your password.

🔑 Important:
Make sure to save your password securely. You’ll need it each time you sign in to submit or track a support request.

3.Submit Your Request 

Once your password is created, you can proceed to login and submit your support request
