Instead of digging through lengthy documentation or waiting for a support reply, the Assistant delivers instant, in-app answers to your questions, helping you stay focused and keep your work moving.
About the Assistant
- English-only support: The Assistant currently responds to inquiries submitted in English.
- Privacy-first design: It draws exclusively from Trimble Connect product documentation. It does not access any of your organisation’s data or anything stored in your project environment.
- Feedback coming soon: A built-in feedback option will be added in the near future to help shape future improvements.
To use Trimble Connect Assistant:
- In the Trimble Connect for Browser, select the
icon.
2. The Trimble Connect Assistant panel opens from the right side.
Enter your question. Examples:
- How do I upload a model?
- Is file sharing with external users permitted?
- Which file formats are supported for 3D visualization?
Press Enter.
