Scheduled Maintenance Notice

Scheduled Maintenance: Jobpac Connect Infrastructure Upgrade (R2026.3.0) – 21 to 23 August 2026

Jobpac Connect will undergo a major infrastructure upgrade over the weekend of 21 to 23 August 2026. This is a backend and infrastructure upgrade only. No new features or functional changes are included in this release.

• Pause OCR invoice processing during the maintenance window.
• Notify any API integration partners of the planned outage.
• Plan for complete Jobpac Connect unavailability during the maintenance period.
• Review any automation, bots, or RPA processes that rely on screen or logo recognition.

Jobpac Connect will be entirely unavailable from Friday 21 August, 7:30 PM AEST until Sunday 23 August, 10:00 PM AEST.

What This Affects

OCR Integrations: pause any OCR service sending documents to a Jobpac email inbox from Friday 21 August, 7:00 PM AEST (30 minutes before scheduled downtime) until Sunday 23 August, 10:00 PM AEST. Invoices sent during this period will be lost. Coordinate with your OCR provider ahead of time.

APIs: all Jobpac Connect APIs will be unavailable for the full maintenance window. Notify any third-party applications or integration partners connected to Jobpac Connect of the planned outage.

Branding Refresh: updated Jobpac Connect and Trimble branding will appear after the upgrade. If your organisation uses bots, automation, or RPA solutions that rely on screen, image, or logo recognition, notify your technical team and plan for the visual changes.

Application Switcher: new links will be added to the application switcher for ProjectSight (project management) and Trimble Connect (document and model collaboration).

No functional changes
This is a pure infrastructure and backend upgrade. Core functionality remains exactly as it is today, aside from the branding refresh noted above.

Early Testing and Support

Optional customer testing is targeted to open from Sunday 23 August, 12:00 PM AEST, ahead of formal restoration of general access at 10:00 PM AEST. This is subject to upgrade progress and successful post-production validation.
