What’s New – Jobpac Connect Support Portal Is Moving (24th September)

From 24th September:

  • All new support requests must be submitted via this Help Centre. See How to Register for Jobpac Support Account.
  • The Viewpoint portal will no longer be monitored for new Jobpac cases.
  • Existing cases will continue to be resolved, and you’ll be notified if any are moved to the BuildingPoint Help Centre.

To help you structure your learning, we recommend exploring these dedicated Jobpac learning plans:

Jobpac Modules Learning Plan: This plan consists of 11 videos, offering approximately 10 hours of in-depth training across various Jobpac modules.

Jobpac EOFY Learning Plan: Specifically designed for end-of-financial-year processes, this plan includes 10 videos, totaling around 2 hours of focused training.
