Checking the Transaction Code “Include in Qualifying Earnings” settings

The new “Include in QE” setting is included in the Transaction Code Download available from the Download Button at the top of the Transaction Code maintenance Transaction code selection screen as shown below. The new Column H in the resulting spreadsheet will allow you to easily check your settings for QE en masse. 

Note, the new setting is also included on the upload, and you will need to ensure you use the new template when uploading, available from the upload pop-up (or you can use the Download template exactly for the upload too) 

NB: We advise if uploading mass changes to your Payroll Transaction Code definitions that you should test the upload of changes in your test environment first, before proceeding Live mass updates.
