Important: QE reporting should only be activated after FY26 payroll has been finalised. Activating QE too early may impact STP reporting.

Column H in the resulting spreadsheet allows you to check your QE settings across all transaction codes at once |
Uploading bulk changes
The new setting is also included on the upload — ensure you use the new template when uploading, available from the upload pop-up |
The Download template can also be used directly for the upload |
Before uploading mass changes
Test the upload of changes in your test environment first before proceeding with live mass updates to Payroll Transaction Code definitions.
