How to confirm your SSID registration was successful
After registering your SSID with the ATO, you should confirm the registration has been accepted before your first STP submission.
The ATO does not send a separate confirmation email. You verify registration yourself through Access Manager.
How to confirm in Access Manager
1Log in to ATO Access Manager using myGovID

2Go to My Business → My Hosted Software Services
|
3Confirm OZEDI HOLDINGS PTY LTD appears as a registered service against your ABN
|
4Confirm your SSID is saved against that entry
|
Further confirmation — your first STP submission
The clearest confirmation is a successful STP submission after registration. If submissions are processing without SSID errors, registration is working correctly.
If your STP is rejected with an SSID error
Return to Access Manager and verify your SSID is saved correctly |
Check that you have registered the correct SSID for the correct ABN |
If you have multiple ABNs, ensure each one has been registered separately |
Your SSID is available under the Help tab on your OZEDI STP Dashboard |
