What is changing: All customer/support interactions, including case submission and chat capabilities, are moving from the Viewpoint Customer Portal to the Trimble Support Center.
Why: Trimble Support teams are uniting under one system to improve visibility and service across all Trimble products.
When: The new system goes live for customers on Monday, May 11th.
Access: Users with Support or Full access to the old portal who have logged a case in the last year should be able to log in to the new system using their Trimble ID (TID) credentials.
