What a Successful Payday Super Process Looks Like

What a Successful Payday Super Process Looks Like

Once your setup is complete, Payday Super should run as part of your regular payroll process without issues.

A successful process means payroll, reporting, and super contributions all run smoothly during each pay cycle.

What success looks like

  • Payroll runs without errors or warnings
  • Super is calculated correctly based on Qualifying Earnings (QE)
  • STP submission completes successfully
  • No validation or reporting issues are returned
  • Super contributions are ready for processing and payment

If you're unsure

  • Confirm all setup steps (SSID and QE) have been completed
  • Check that payroll completes without errors
  • Ensure STP submissions are accepted successfully

If all of the above are true, your Payday Super process is working as expected.

If not, review your setup or refer to the Support & Troubleshooting section.
