How to reset a user's MFA registration

Reset a user's multi-factor authentication registration from the Enrol Users in CMS screen.

Overview

Reset a user's multi-factor authentication (MFA) registration from the Enrol Users in CMS screen.

Note: The user performing this must have System Administrator access.

Reset MFA registration

1. Go to System Admin > Define Menus > Enrol Users in CMS and filter for the user.

2. Right-click the user and select More Details.

3. Open the Actions menu and select Reset MFA Registration.
