What is changing on May 11, 2026
From May 11, 2026, Trimble Viewpoint Support services will move to a new location.
To access the following support services, you will need to use the Trimble Support Center:
- Submit and manage support cases
- Access the most up-to-date knowledge articles
Using the Trimble Support Center ensures you are viewing current support information and working with the correct support teams.
What will remain available on the existing site
The current site will remain available temporarily. During this period, you can still use it to access:
- Product pages and release downloads

Historical support cases and issue tracking
Links to additional Trimble resources, including:
- Status page
- Trimble Help
- Trimble Construction Academy
- The Network
Note: The existing site should be considered read-only for support purposes. All new support interactions should be completed through the Trimble Support Center.
