End Of Year Payroll Process - Rolling over to the Next Financial Year for NZ

This facility allows you to close the NZ Payroll Accounting Period. It will reset all the Month to Date (MTD) values and at the end of the year all the Year to Date (YTD) values in the different payroll files. Depending on the answers, some transactions are deleted and other accumulators are reset.

WARNING: The end of year process cannot be rolled back. It will transfer all current year payment records to history and clear the current year payment tables.

Rolling to the Next Financial Year

Take the menu option: Payroll > Period End. The screen will be populated with default options. It is recommended that you use the default options.

NOTE: You cannot roll over Payroll into the new financial year by using the Period End Processing function. This must be done in the Payroll Module
