4. FY 2027 Australia Tax Table Update - Vista Tax Update 2026.4

Overview

FY 2027 tax tables for Australia are included in 2026 Tax Update #4 (2026.4). This update changes the PAYG (Federal) tax tables and updates PR Limits and Rates for Vista customers in Australia, effective 1 July 2026.

Where: Payroll Programs → PR Routines → File → Initialize

1 – Upload the tax update (on-prem only)

2026 Tax Update #4 (2026.4) is available to upload for on-prem customers from the Trimble Customer Portal. No action is needed for Cloud customers, as it's automatically applied.

2 – Time it right

Initialize the new routine after you finish processing payroll for FY 2026 and before processing your first payroll for FY 2027.

3 – Initialize each company

The initialize process must be run separately in each Payroll Company in Vista.

4 – Confirm the update installed

Check the Tax Update number from Vista → Help → About Vista, or the lower right corner of the Vista Main Menu.
