Once you submit your STP file, it is sent to the ATO via your Sending Service Provider (e.g. OZEDI).

What happens after submission

  • Your STP file is generated and sent from Jobpac
  • The file is transmitted via your Sending Service Provider
  • The STP submission is sent to the ATO via your Sending Service Provider and processed as part of standard STP reporting

  • Submission completes without errors being returned
  • No STP rejection messages are returned
  • QE values are included and reported correctly

How to confirm your submission

  • Check that no errors or rejections are returned
  • Review your STP submission status
  • Ensure QE values appear as expected
